Fatigue is one of the most common complaints of people diagnosed with cancer and cancer survivors. Fatigue can be described as lack of energy, aching and stiffness or weakness. Other symptoms may include distress, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and decreased ability to function. There are many possible causes of cancer-related fatigue as well as many treatments, including nutrition. Join us to learn nutritional strategies to help deal with challenges.
Sarah Washburn, MS, RD, CSO, a specialist in oncology nutrition at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, will be leading this class.

These classes are held once a month and are open to those currently undergoing cancer treatment as well as cancer survivors.
